Dwight Glover is the owner of Orchard Management, LLC. He also works as a Senior Business Acquisition Consultant with 20 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic plan development and execution, project management, and banking.
|Kurtis Wolff, Vice Chair|
Mr. Wolff was CohnReznick’s Managing Partner of Assurance services (retired). He has over 35 years of experience providing accounting and auditing, transaction structuring, financial reporting and management advisory services to clients. He specializes in business risk management and corporate governance.
|Victor A. Cavanaugh, Esq., Secretary|
Mr. Cavanaugh received a BA from Centre College of Kentucky in 1964, and a JD from Duke University in 1970. USNR from 1965 to 1967. He is a Partner at Elarbee Thompson Sapp and Wilson. Mr. Cavanaugh retired in 2008.

|Dara Hosch, MD, Medical Chair|
Dr. Hosch completed her Pediatric training at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon. She is a graduate of Mercer University School of Medicine and also has degrees from the University of South Alabama and Texas Women’s University. Dr. Hosch is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics and also an active a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her special interests include international adoption and lactation. During her spare time, Dr. Hosch enjoys volunteering with Childspring International and spending time with her family.
|Phil Chritton, Esq. Development Co-Chair|
Phillip Chritton is a Vice President in UPS’s Corporate Legal Department, where he manages the department’s International and Regulatory legal practice group, and is responsible for legal aspects of UPS’s global mergers and acquisitions activities. Prior to his current role, Phil was UPS Asia Pacific Region Legal and Public Affairs Manager, based in Singapore. Phil holds a B.A. from Stanford University, an M.A. in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin, and a J.D. from Columbia University. Before joining UPS in 1999, Phil practiced law with the firm of Coudert Brothers in its New York, Beijing and Hong Kong offices from 1991-1999. Phil also taught English in Beijing from 1984-86. Phil and Zhinong, his wife of 30 years, have three children.
|Jan McAlister, DNP, APRN, CLS, Development Co-Chair|
Jan earned her bachelor’s in nursing in 1991 and continued her education at Duke University where she earned her Master’s in nursing. She also has a Ph.D. She currently works as an Adult Nurse Practitioner managing acute clinical cardiology problems and is responsible for establishing the Coumadin Center and Preventive Vascular Service for Cardiology of Georgia. She is also managing supervisor of both the Coumadin Clinic and the Lipid Clinic.
Lina got her B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Vanderbilt University and her M.Ed. in Secondary Education from the Peabody College of Vanderbilt University. She is currently an Upper School Math Lab Coordinator, Part-time Upper School math teacher, and Math Team Coach at the Westminster Schools. She has previously been a high school math teacher in Nashville as well. Lina is a member of the Junior Leagues of Nashville and Atlanta and has been a host family for Childspring since 2005.

Ms. Graham has been a registered U.S. Patent Attorney since 1986. Prior to joining the firm, she served as in-house patent counsel for a pharmaceutical company. She has conducted enzyme isolation and characterization research at Sloan-Kettering Institute for Cancer Research and cardiac and allergy drug dispositon/metabolism research at Boehringer Ingelheim Ltd. Ms. Graham also performed graduate research in neuroimmunology and virology (HIV research conducted at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). She has been an adjunct professor of Intellectual Property Law at Emory University. Ms. Graham was listed in The Best Lawyers of America® for Biotechnology and Intellectual Property in 2016 and each of the 15 years immediately preceding.

Fred Grisby is an experienced financial services executive with over 26 years experience specializing in marketing and portfolio management of credit card portfolios, business development and client relationship management. He earned his bachelor’s in marketing at the Ohio University in 1993.
Becky Hester is an experienced senior director at RSM US LLP, an audit, tax, and consulting firm. Prior to that, she served as both senior manager at BDO in London, UK for 5.5 years and director at BDO USA for 15 years. She earned her bachelor’s in accounting at the University of Portsmouth in 1992. He currently serves as the Senior V.P. at Total System Services, Inc.
Tim Kiss is veteran direct and digital marketing executive with deep experience across marketing, customer analytics, and advertising with a strong competency in the digital space, as well as direct, CRM and retail marketing. Kiss has held executive marketing positions working for many well-known brands, including Kodak, SoloHealth and the HoneyBaked Ham Company. Over 5 years ago, Kiss started his own consulting practice for a number of clients including Ameritox, PBS, The HoneyBaked Ham Company, and The American Red Cross. He currently serves as the V.P. of Marketing at CRH Healthcare, LLC.
Pete Moseley is currently an agent for Farmers Insurance. He received his B.S. from Florida Atlantic University in Business Management. He has 20 plus years in sales and sales management. Pete has built successful sales teams and sales methods which have resulted in multi million dollars in revenue for the companies he has worked with. He and his wife, Shelby, have served as a Host Family for Childspring International for over half a dozen children.
Mr. Stewart is currently the President and CEO of MLQ Attorney Services Inc. Prior to his work at MLQ, he founded and grew Delivery Specialists Inc. into one of the leading same-day routed delivery and distribution/logistics providers in the Southeast, serving the wholesale pharmaceutical, office products, bulk mail, auto parts, and other industries. He earned his bachelor’s at Dartmouth College in 1981 and a JD at Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1984.
|David T. Watson, MD|
David T. Watson, M.D., internist, has served on the medical staff at Piedmont Hospital since 1968. He is a past president of Piedmont’s medical staff, served on the Piedmont Medical Center and Piedmont Hospital Boards of Directors for 27 years, and was chairman of Piedmont’s Department of Medicine for several years. A team physician for the Atlanta Braves for three decades, he also helped organize and lead the medical team for the 1996 Summer Olympic Games. Dr. Watson received his M.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, interned at New England Medical Center, and completed his residency at Boston City Hospital.

Dan is the owner and president of Georgia Prosthetics, and the first prosthetist licensed in the state of Georgia. Dan is a board member of the Georgia Society of Orthoptists & Prosthetists and has served in various leadership roles in the organization. He earned a B.A. from the University Of Notre Dame in 1986, a B.S. from Michigan State University in 1989, and a graduate certificate in prosthetics at Northwestern University Medical School in 1993.
