Tiende la Mano a un Nino, meaning “Hold the Hand of a Child” provides heart surgeries for children in northern Colombia. In partnership with Childspring International, Tiende la Mano and Childspring are able to provide cardiac surgery and any other related costs at just $300 per child. Through October, 2009 Childspring partnered with Tiende la Mano a un Nino to provide 10 heart surgeries.
