Donation in Memory or in Honor of....

Donations can be made IN MEMORY OF someone who has passed away or IN HONOR OF someone or something special such as the birth of a child or grandchild, a bar/bat mitzvah, a graduation, or an anniversary. There are numerous important accomplishments and events in a loved one's life, which are opportunities to contribute.

Donations made In Honor of a Childspring Child are used but are not limited to, pre- and post-operative expenses, prescriptions, physical therapy and related equipment, diapers, clothes, formula, etc. We do not always know in advance what long-term needs the children will have. Donations that exceed what is needed for their care will be used to provide other children from around the world the same medical opportunity.

All donors will receive a letter of acknowledgement as well as notifation that a letter has been sent to family member or person you are making a donation in honor of or in memory of. To make a donation please complete the Gift Form and mail this form to:
