Medical Program

 Whether by putting their lives in danger, physically limiting their actions, or hurting their self-image and others' perception of them, medical problems are a serious issue for countless kids around the planet.  Childspring helps individuals like these by enabling medical treatment for as many children with treatable conditions as it can. 

Childspring has made treatment possible for kids with a wide gamut of medical conditions, including congenital heart defects, a wide variety of skeletal problems, injuries caused by burns and accidents, and more.  We currently are able to treat most children through international partnerships.  Kids who can't be treated in their home countries are commonly brought to the United States for medical care.

Steps in a typical child's treatment.

1.  Childspring facilitates birth certificates, passports, visas, and airline tickets for the child to come to the U.S.

2.  Trained, loving, host families accept the child into their home while he or she stays in the States.

3.  Thanks in large part to in-kind donations by doctors and hospitals, Childspring is able to provide top-notch, life transforming medical care.

4.  After treatment is completed, the child returns to his or her home country with new hope and opportunites in life.
